A You Tube video showing a motorcyclist doing a high speed wheely along the circunvalacion has gone viral across the internet.
After the video appeared, both the Guardia Civil and Policia Local launched investigations to try to establish who the rider was, and who was driving the car for the filming. So far, they have not been successful, but are “working on it.” read more »
