A new App has just been launched in Lanzarote, GuaguApp is aimed at users of the Intercity Bus service.
The GuaguApp for Lanzarote is available for free download on Apple and Google Play. For those passengers who don’t have these type of smartphones, a full colour leaflet has been printed.
GuaguApp is an application that provides information on the routes, bus stops and timetables for the local bus service covering Lanzarote, users can even request an approximate time to the next bus arriving at the bus stop where they are waiting.
Once downloaded, users don’t have to be online to access the information. The application works automatically with the language that the phone is configured in, it defaults to English although it will switch to Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Catalan languages when recognised.
